Hi Everyone
It's no joke – April is over! May is nigh, and Breeze Events has a hearty scoop of know-how on a few event things. We've rustled up some handy information about the latest developments in events and some easy tips on how to become an Event Planner so you can stay one step ahead of the pack.
Hope you didn't forget the Mudgeeraba Street Parton Sunday? I’ve been banging on about it for the last 6 months. It’s finally here!
Monthly bite (what’s trending in 2016)
Food, glorious food. In 2016 expect menus to contain meat from every part of the animal or vegetable. Chefs will go beyond the more traditional cuts – think less filet mignon and more of the less commonly used cuts. As for vegans and vegetarians out there, this new way in food will extend to you as well. What about a veggie burger made with carrot pulp from the juicer?
Street food is still a firm favourite in 2016 with couples turning to a more casual approach for catering at their wedding. Think gourmet burger vans with tasty and delicious pulled meat burgers and succulent morsels of ribs.
Certainly a different option than being fed the traditional chicken, beef and fish served to a hungry crowd. Fine dining has been swapped for backyard farmhouse with food trucks offering up tasty delights. Stay tuned for a blog on 3 Food Vans and a Wedding.
