As an event planner deciding on the event program for 500 hundred delegates is no easy task. It’s the scheduling of activities from the start of the event to its conclusion. For a conference, the program outlines the times of lectures and workshops, what topics are offered and who is presenting. If the event is an annual awards dinner, the program sets out what time people should arrive, what time each course will be served and the times that each award ceremony will take place.

Today’s generation including us slightly older folk rely heavily on the internet, particularly social networks to get quick information about upcoming events and activities. In fact if you ask me, getting information online can be faster and more reliable than traditional methods, because everyone who is anyone now has at least one social media account they regularly check and update.

Corporate events are an excellent opportunity to network, bring everyone together in one location, celebrate major events, align goals and help ensure the future growth of your company. Giving your employees a gala dinner is a great way to reward staff and partners for their hard work and continued success.
